Single origin means one farm, one harvest, one place. No blending, nowhere to hide. We buy seasonally and in small quantities, which is why the range changes through the year rather than sitting still. Colombia, Ethiopia, El Salvador, Myanmar and Yemen at the moment, from producers we have worked with for years in some cases. Roasted in east London and ground to order.
