Being inside an office lobby puts a few people off walking in. Do walk in. The venue is open to anybody, not just the people who work upstairs.

It is a quiet room with twenty-four seats, and the calmest of the four. Lawyers, students and people working on laptops, mostly, and nobody making much noise about it. The wifi is good, though it needs a password, so ask at the counter. Come charged, because there are no plug sockets.

Open at seven, closed at the weekend, because that is when the street is here.

Proper food as well, not just pastries. Breakfast, sandwiches and salads, which is why it fills up at midday as well as at nine. The pistachio cinnamon bun is the one people come back for.
