    Why us

We run four venues of our own.

Everything we recommend has been through our own service. We know how a grinder behaves at eight in the morning and how it behaves at four in the afternoon.

    Questions

    Common questions.

Anything else, email info@treelogycoffee.com and we answer it ourselves.

    What we will ask for

    • Machine and grinder, make and model
    • Cups a day, and the busiest hour
    • Who supplies you now, and what you pay
    • A delivery window that suits the kitchen
    Is there a minimum order?

Six kilos a delivery is the usual starting point. We will go smaller for a small office to begin with.

How quickly can we get coffee?

Orders placed by Tuesday are roasted and sent that week. First deliveries usually land within ten days of the samples.

Do we have to buy equipment from you?

No. We will tell you what the space needs, what it costs, and who we would use to install and service it. If a machine is already in place, we work with it.

    Is training included?

Yes, included with supply. We dial in on site and take the team through espresso, milk and what to adjust as the day goes on. We return when staff change.

Can we serve it as pour over or batch brew?

Yes. Tell us the brewer and we will grind for it and leave a recipe set to your water.

    Do you supply outside London?

London deliveries are ours, usually the day after roasting. Everywhere else goes by next day courier.
