Grown by 200 smallholder farmers from the Inga community, on volcanic soil in the shadow of Volcan Galeras.

At 2,150 metres this is some of the highest grown coffee in Colombia, and the altitude shows in the cup: dense, sweet and clean, with the clarity that fully washed processing brings out. The Inga have farmed this land for generations, and coffee has become part of how the community sustains itself and its culture.
