Forest coffee grows wild beneath native canopies in Ethiopia, within ancient forest ecosystems. Natural shade, rich soils, and biodiversity create ideal growing conditions, while agroforestry preserves forests and delivers a distinct, place-driven flavour.

A third-generation farmer from Jimma, Khaled cultivates forest coffee first sourced by his family from the Choché Forest. He is committed to quality, conservation, and passing this heritage on to the next generation.
